Existing masonry chimney was re-built from roof line up, with a chase and metal pipes. The existing bricks were cut to make a thin veneer and installed over chase, matching existing look of old. The upstairs fireplace had a draft issue, that was solved during new construction. Also repairs had to be made to both fireplaces.
